Methodologies of the complex treatment of patients with destructive polyresistent lung tuberculosis by means of the modified device complex Korobov "Barva-Therapevt" for phototherapy have been developed in the result of carrying out the investigation. The method of pre-incubational irradiation of bird eggs has been improved both at the account of selecting optimal irradiation source and changing the device construction for irradiating eggs. Application of the developed methodology of the device complex treating patients with the destructive polyresistent lung tuberculosis with the help of Korobov modified device complex for phototherapy "Barva-Therapevt" allowed to raise the frequency of intoxication syndrom reduction by a factor of 1,6, to stop bacterion also by 1,6 and to increase the closure of decay cavities by 1,4. The nse of the optimal irradiational source and the device construction for the pre-incubational irradiation of bird eggs made it possible of the productivity of the equipment to 40 000 eggs per hour and at the same time to decrease the number of operators by a factor of 5.
