The work aim is an effectiveness increase of using devices for ionospheric researches; supplement to ionospheric database which necessary for a research of physical mechanisms during natural perturbations. The main results. 1. The new and updated software have increased effectiveness of using devices for ionospheric researches of the department of space radio physics of the Kharkiv V. Karazin National University. The ionospheric database in quiet and disturbed conditions is supplemented. 3. It is shown that the wide use of systems of media- and low navigation satellites GLONASS and GPS creates new possibilities for ionospheric researches. For monitoring of the ionosphere is expedient to develop a technique for calculating spatial and temporal variations of the ionospheric total electron content (TEC) by results of simultaneous observations of media- and low satellites. 4. The effectiveness of the developed technique for calculating spatial and temporal variations of the TEC by results of simultaneous observations of GPS satellites and data of a method of non-coherent scattering is confirmed. 5. The analysis of parameter variations of the lower ionosphere during a solar eclipse of March 29, 2006 is carried out using a system of partial reflections. The series of effects in modifications partially reflected signals and noise is detected, and their explanation is given on the base of the theory of a method of partial reflections. An enhance of electron concentration, N, on the heights of 81-96 kms through tens minutes after a beginning of darkening experimentally is detected which proceeded not less than 3-4 hours. It is s shown that the reason of increase in N could become a precipitation of electrons with energies 40-80 keV from the magnetosphere in the ionosphere. The electron flux have magnitude 107 - 108 м-2с-1. The results of the work can be used for developing atmospheric models, scheduling of radio engineering systems. They in the educational process, at preparation both renewal of the lectures are used. They will be used at the following stages of the work for a research of physical processes in the ionosphere during perturbations of a natural origin.
