The goal of the investigation: on the basis of rigorous and numerical-analytical methods of solution of radiation problems to develop the modern physico-mathematical models of the primary types of radiating systems, namely wire antennas (with impedance surface as well), waveguide-slot radiators, open-ended waveguides and horns. Such models provide the high accuracy of calculation of amplitude, phase and polarization characteristics of the fields in near, intermediate and far- zone. The techniques of investigations are the theoretical researches and computer analysis. The problem of radiation of thin wire antenna with impedance surface in free space and in the material medium on the arbitrary distance from the antenna was analytically solved. Using the method of Hertz potentials, the problem of determination of the amplitude and phase field characteristics of rectangular waveguide and horn on the plain surfaces in near and intermediate observation zone. Physico-mathematical model of Hertz dipole located in magnetic dielectric medium with losses and the system of located near each other waveguide-slot radiators was developed for near zone. The problem of radiation of arbitrary oriented electrical dipole in П-shaped screen of finite size was solved by method of geometrical theory of diffraction.
