The purpose of the work: reception of a new experimental data and theoretical representations about laws of correlation of processes of accumulation of toxic elements in various components of landscapes and processes of carry of these elements between landscape components on the basis of complex long-term research of element structure of objects of the surrounding natural environment with use of new modern methods of measurements and means of information technologies. Method of research: x-rays and fluorescence and chemistry - x-rays and fluorescence analysis of element structure of components of the surrounding natural environment and modeling of dynamic processes in investigated natural objects. Common questions of construction of mathematical models of ecological systems, qualitative and quantitative methods of forecasting of condition ecosystems, information and imitating forecasting models were considered. Principles of construction of models of processes of carry of elements between natural components in details were considered. The example of conceptual primary model of processes of migration of heavy metals in ecosystems reservoirs and chamber model of carry of elements in system ground - soil vegetation was resulted.
