Object (Goal) of the work is establishment of factors (govern) influencing on a specificity of multi-component condensations between unsaturated carbonyl compounds and nitrogen containing nucleophiles.During the first part of the work the formation of spirotetrahydropyridines via cascading addition by Michael of CH-acids to chalcones was shown. Stereoselectivity of 5-oxo derivatives of tetrahydrothiazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine formation was confirmed. New effective method of reduction of exocyclic double bond of hexahydroquinozalidinthiones was developed and stereochemistry of the process was studied.
