Aim - to reveal the physiological-genetic mechanisms of plants development regulation, mechanisms of soil adaptation under environmental factors, to investigate interactions of plant-pathogenic agent and microorganism-antagonists. Methods - physiological-biochemical assays, spectrophotometry, photocolorimetry, methods of microbiological investigations. Dynamics of phytohormone content and ratio of isogenic on Vrn genes wheat lines relates with development rate of plants. The phytochrome activation of tomato result to increase of starch and carbohydrates accumulation, that's related with development rate and plant productivity. Dynamics of phytohormone activity, content and ratio are changed in seedling of winter wheat during vernalisation. Soils of different phytocenosis differ by quantitative and species compositionof mycobiota. Soil phytotoxic of different phytocenosis may be related with characteristics (features) of plant functioning and species composition of microorganisms. Preparation of Trichodermin stimulated nonspecific of tulips and red pepper to the most widespread diseases of this plants. Varietals specificity in increase of tulips and red pepper resistance by immunization of active microorganism-antagonists have been define.
