Karazin popup.description2 The objects of our research were exudates of fungus Pleurotus ostreatus, exudates of Eisenia fetida, root exudates of wheat "Donetskaya-49", microalgae Dunaliella viridis, Chlorella vulgaris, Spirulina platensis, beer yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The aim of research consisted in following: - to research the influence of carbon sources in medium on activity of excretion of extracellular enzymes Pleurotus ostreatus; - to research the influence of exudates of Eisenia fetida on activity of proliferation of eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells; - to research relationship between activity of root excretion, intensity of root growth and number of border cells; - to estimate the role of local and global epigenetic factors in formation of biological variability. In course of research we studied: - the influence of different carbon-included compound on different types of enzyme activity and cultural medium of Р.ostreatus on different stages of cultivation, general antioxidant activity and activity of caught of radicals in cultural medium; - the influence of NaF on root growth rate and intensity of root excretion; dependency of activity of root excretion on number of border cells in root apex;- the influence of exudates of E. fetida on intensity of growth cultures of microalgae D.viridis, Ch. vulgaris; - the variability of intensity of growth and composition of biomass of culture of D. viridis in standard condition of cultivation; the influence of local factors (ions of Cu2+) and global factors (geliophysic factors) of formation of functional epigenotypes of D. viridis.
