Methods of research - differential centrifugation, spectrophotometry, biochemical analysis of enzymes activity and contents of metabolits. It is shown, that life span of flies (Oregon-R and White) which received calorie-restricted diet did not change. Entering into a nutrient medium of Drosophila melanogaster lines White 2,4-DNF, NP and 2,4-DNF and NP together led to essential age-depended changes of proteins carbonilation level. The received data testify to absence of essential toxic action of 2,4-DNF in the used concentration on an organism of rats - females and their posterities. In one of variants of statement of experiment it was not observed essential changes of speed of oxygen utility. Studying of the level of carbonilated proteins of microsomes of liver and whey of blood of rats males has shown decrease in their contents in case of reception byrats 2,4-DNF.
