The results of development of new experimental setup to search for rare events of 2К(2?)- capture in 78Kr are represented. A large shielded proportional chamber filled with enriched 78Kr was constructed . The one-, two- and three- spot events were identified by using of wavelet analysis method. From the analysis of data accumulated over the 8072 hours, the new half-time of 78Kr decay in 2К(2?) - capture was estimated: T1/2=(3,2±0,6stat.±0,6syst.) o1021 years (90% confidence interval). New experimental data on the formation mechanism of weakly bound neutron rich nuclei in nuclear processes occurring at the heavy ion collisions and on the nucleus-nucleus interactions and structure of exotic nuclei being at the boundary of nucleon stability, are obtained. By using of modern mathematical methods based on supersymmetry new models are built. The application of these for the description of exited states of medium weight nuclei is more successful and universal than of other existing models. Using new experimental data and numerical simulations of the physical processes, the technological regimes of the production of organic scintillator material with upgraded properties are determined. The tests have shown that their radiation resistance and long-time stability are on the level of the best foreing analogies.
