Karazin popup.description2 Object of research - Hydroxyapatite whiskers synthesized by original technique. Calcium phosphates on the basis of Hydroxyapatite with introduction of the definite amount of magnesium ions in cation sublattice. The aim of work - to study the crystal structure, phase and a chemical composition. Mass-spectra researches of gas release from Hydroxyapatite whiskers. Development of a synthesis technique and production of nanocrystalline calcium phosphates on the basis of Hydroxyapatite with introduction of the definite amount of magnesium ions in cation sublattice. Methods of research - the x-ray structure analysis, electron microscopy, gas mass-spectrometry. Hydroxyapatite bioactive ceramics reinforcement by Hydroxyapatite whiskers must result in the improvement of mechanical characteristics of Hydroxyapatite ceramics. The introduction of an impurity of magnesium ions in cation sublattice of Hydroxyapatite ceramics will result in the formation weak grain boundaries and have to reduce of the sizes of grainsat manufacturing ceramics that must improve plastic characteristics of Hydroxyapatite ceramics. Use of these two components in the certain ratio gives a chance to produce the bioactive ceramics for surgical osteoplasty capable to form a bone-ceramic complex which will maintain significant loads for shorter time after implantation.
