The purpose of work: to study laws kinetics reactionary diffusion and the phase formation on a surface to multiphase system Cu-Sn; to find out features of education{formation} ordered dislocation structures at high temperatures in single crystals KCl and NaCl and conditions of their stability; to establish kinetics an initial stage of etching of tracks of ions Ar in polyethylenetherephthalate пленках. Methods of research: metallography, optical and raster electronic microscopy, the x-ray microanalysis, computer modelling. Lateral spreading kinetics of Cu6Sn5 and Cu3Sn intermetallics formed on the surface of flank side cross section of "sandwich" type sample was researched in the temperature range of 160-200*С by the methods of SEM and optical microscopy and by the X-ray microanalysis. The values of diffusion coefficients, which controls phase formation, were explored. Characteristics of surface diffusion elementary act were obtained from the research of temperature dependence of the surface diffusion coefficients. It is experimentally investigated and промоделирован process of formation at high temperatures ordered dislocation structures from ensemble of chaotically located dispositions: transformation of lines of sliding in low angle boundaries, interaction of borders of a various configuration. Steady configurations of asymmetric borders and sizes of a critical shift pressure{voltage} for their destruction are determined in view of sliding and climb dispositions. The process of etching through pores of small radii in polyethylenetherephthalate films irradiated with Ar ions having the energy of 1 MeV/n was studied. The etching process of ion tracks was sensitized by UV illumination. Information about the pore shapes was obtained with electron microscopy method.
