The purpose of the work is carrying out the complex investigations of new principles of activated hydrogen isotopes receiving. Their studying allows to create high-performance and efficient sources of hydrogen isotopes in atomic, excitement and ionizing states. The analysis is experimental technique. The experimental sample of charged particles plasma source with metal-hydride electrodes has been created. Its advantage is using activated hydrogen desorbed from metal-hydride under bombarding of the surface by plasma particles. Depending on the shape of metal-hydride electrode and the method of charged particles extracting the beams creation of positive hydrogen ions, H- ions and electrons are provided. In conditions of positive ions generation using metal-hydride allows to operate of extracted ion energy at the expense of desorbtion from metal-hydride controlling. Hydrogen desorbtion in vibration excitement state sufficiently decreases the cross section of ions H- generation and discharge rebuilding at exceeding some threshold level of discharge voltage allows to generate compensated beams of hydrogen ions.
