It has been found that in case of direct pistol shots equiped with elastic bullets to frontal, temporal and occipital area of the head, soft tissue domages are formed. They are provoked both by mechanical action a bullet it self and by additional fire factors. In case of shots to temporal area, one can observe both damage of one of bone plates and typical buttohole fracture.
