170 patients with JRA and ReA accompanied by osteopenic syndrome and osteoporosis gave been examined. High informativeness of ultrasound densometry in diagnosing early manifestations of osteopenia and osteoporosis in various arthropathies in children has been defined. Rather effective regimens of treating and preventing osteoporosis in children with juvenil rheumatoid arthritis and ReA have been developed.5635
