The features of using education algorithms of control and self-control, biological and clinical objects in the educational process of chairs of operative surgery and topographic anatomy in the medical higher school were studiea in the research. It was determined that the algorithms and the biological and clinical objects are the substantial elements of the specific system of the educational process in the medical higher school.
