Patients with diabetic nephropathy have been found out to have reduced arterial tension and proteinuria on a background of prolonged APP inhibitor administration. More considerable proteinuria has been seen when using combined therapy: simultaneous enalapril and sulodexid administration for diabetic nephropathy. 3-week heparinotherapy in patients with diabetic nephropathy resulted in decreased edemas, increased effective renal circulation and reduced proteinuria.
