Six catalogues (cyclostomatids and fishes, caudata amphibious, snakes, birds, mammals) are made and the electronic database for all share collections of Zoological museum is created. For the first time the total quantity of species (114) of lampreys and fishes is certain. It is found out, that for last 40-50 years fauna of fishes from our reservoirs has replenished with 18 new species and subspecies of fishes from 9 families. Comparative basin-by-basin analysis has shown, that the best divercity of fish fauna is characteristic for pools of Danube (97 species), Dnister (85) and Dniper (84) and decreases to the east to 42 species, from which the aboriginal fauna is presented only by 13 tacsons in reservoirs of Crimea. It is established, that Frog genus - Rana the most numerous in Ukraine, consists from 2 cytogenetic groups 24 and 26-chromosomal.
