The Purpose: to estimate the cytogenetic radioinduced "bystander effect" in human somatic cells after in vitro irradiation. The мethods: cytogenetics. The results: It was established the level of the radioinduced “bystander effect” in the nonirradiated lymphocytes of the human peripheral blood with nonirradiated lymphocytes in the mixed cultures with the lymphocytes, irradiated in vitro at the dose of 0,25 Gy, and its increase with an increase in the radiation dose to 1 Gy is shown. Are determined the frequencies of the aberrations of chromosomes in those irradiated in vitro at the doses 0,25 that of 1,0 Gy the blood lymphocytes with the separate cultivation and in the mixed cultures with the nonirradiated lymphocytes. The differences between the spectra of the aberrations of chromosomes in the irradiated target cells and the nonirradiated cell- witnesses are registered. It was shown, that "bystander effect” is accompanied by the induction of chromatidal breaks, terminal deletions and it does not influence the level of the stable and unstable markers of radiation effect in the nonirradiated cells.
