The aim: To elaborate protocol of the study and the patient chart. To study the levels of some hormones of the certain brain structures and of the fat tissue in persons with a redundant body mass, who suffered from the Chornobyl catastrophe and in persons with a normal body mass. Methods of the study: clinical, laboratory, biochemical, radioimmune, mathematical. Protocol of the study and the patient chart were elaborated. For the first time a complex study of the hormones content of the certain brain structure ( -MSH, serotonine, melatonine), of the fat tissue (leptine), of the pancreas (insulin, C-peptide), of the lipase activity, of AlAT activity, of the lipid (lipidogramme) and of the hydrocarbone (glucose) metabolism was conducted with the aim to find out mechanisms which influence on the appearence of a redundant body mass in persons, who suffered the Chornobyl catastrophe consequences. Hormones content analysis in persons with a redundant body mass, who suffered from the Chornobyl catastrophe consequences and in persons with a normal body mass, who did not suffer from the Chornobyl catastrophe consequences, showed a modifying influence of a negative factors of the catastrophe on the mechanisms, which regulate the body mass.
