It is lead development of uniform conceptual bases of joint Russian-Ukrainian research, the basic theoretical and methodical approaches are developed. The unknown biographic facts for the first time are entered into a scientific turn from a life and activity of the Russian-Ukrainian cultural figures: Annu Ahmatovoj, S.N.Bulgakova, M.M.Mogiljanskogo, S.Siropolko. The revealed materials allow to overestimate the settled sights at their contribution to development of the русско-Ukrainian cultural communications and to state a new estimation of their activity from positions of modern development of a historical science.
