260 patients have been examinedto detect rotavirus infection markers. Basic aspects of immunomodulating features of rotaviruses and complexes with divalent platinum compounds inthe light of interferon biologic activity regulation have been elucidated. Pathogenetically substantiated directions and possibilities of preventing rotavirys infection in children have been defined. Biotechnology of apparatus maintenance for research-industrial manufacturing of cell cultures and rotaviruses has been developed.
