The aim of work is the problem state-of-art analysis, the choice and the adaptation of techniques for gas distribution, thermo stating and dust cleaning devices experimental treatment ensuring their operational and ecological parameters improvement. Used methods are data-analytical and design-experiment techniques. With the use of patent research results the analysis of the problem modern state-of-art analysis on methods of gas dynamical processes experimental treatment in gas distribution, thermo stating and dust cleaning devices is carried out. Problems are formulated and directions of researches of gas distribution, thermo static and dust cleaning devices improvement are proved. The methodology of programs a priori justification and these devices experimental treatment techniques with results obtained are developed. The technique of estimation of jet stream distribution at side supply to thecylindrical channel is proposed. Units manufacturing, installation and treatment of the laboratory model of the vortex dust cleaner is carried out. The results obtained will be used at carrying out of experimental research of gas distribution and dust cleaning devices, and thermo stating systems.
