The 1st turn learning process management information system (LPMIS) functional tasks list was determined. The database of 1st turn LPMIS, the program complexes of functional module "Study department", "Students personal department" and "Forming of learning plan and fragments of learning plan" were developed; the work documentations were created. The introduction and trial operation of developed functional tasks were realized in ChTEI departments. By results of trial operation correcting of 1st turn LPMIS database, program complexes and work documentations were realized.
