The research goal is scientific and calculated and methodic sup portfor experimental developing the design of the gas-distributi- on-system for capsuling granulated to prepare recommendations for choosing design parameters of the gas-distribution system of an industrial capsulator. The research method is a calculated and experimental modeling. The list of problems which must be resolved while developing the gas-distribution system is made. Expected parameters of spouting are calculated using a model plant where air is employed as a disperse medium under normal conditions, as well as millet kernels as a simulator of granules of ammonium nitrate. The basic principles of experimental technique, stages of the de- velopment of the gas-distribution and related schematics of the plant arrangement are proposed at every stage. The research results are analysed and generalized, recommenda- tions on designparameters of the gas-distribution system of the capsulator are made.
