It was esrablished that most widespread markers of UCTDS were the sceleton disfunctions, the joints hypermobility syndrome, hyperelasticity of skin, the prolapses of mutral valvules and small heart abnormalities, pathology of vision, chest abnormalities. Besides, in UCTDS children in 89% of cases there are more than 6 stygmas of embriogenesis. Vegetative dysfunction is admitted in 61% of yong shool age and meets more frequently in 61% of caese in teenagers. UCTDS children had dascreased parameters of phagocytosis such as completness of phagisytosis, phagosityc number, elevated level of lg G and decreased lg M. The diminished relative amount of T-lymphocytes were established, bases on investigation of their subclonal content , decreasing of their osmotic resistance and decreasing in blood serum of cortysol and somatotropic hormones concentrations. These data reflected the general descreasing of adaptational abilities of patients. The significantly less level of glycocortycoid sumpplying in UCTDS patients group was established and unconditioned by widesreading of hypotensions within these patients.
