Optimal composition, conditions of production worked out; stability was investigated and methods of standartisation of "Tiotriazoline", "Tiocetam", "Tioprotectine" were worked out and formed the base of ASD of drugs form (eye drops, suppositoria, tablets and injection solution). Methods for analysis of tablets and injection solution of "Tiotriazoline" and "Tiocetame" were worked out. The second stage of clinical investigations of drug form "Tiodarone" was allowed by the desicion PC MPH of Ukraine, the packet of documents on the drug form "Indatrile" was given in PC of MPH of Ukraine.
