The analysis of chemical composition of coke oven gas, absorption solution, spent liquor was done. The methods of converting the unregenerated (ballasts) in to an insoluble state was developed using technological techniques (chemical reactions). Technical and technological recommendations were developed on utilization of the unregenerated salts. The technical and economic estimation of the of method was done.
