The estimation of the efficiency of the operating process was estimated. The equilibrium state of the water-gas systems, containing hydrogen cyanide and hydrogen sulphide and also products on their basis was studied. A comparative estimation of the methods of displacement of the equilibrium toward water absorption was done. Technological methods of increasing the efficiency of water washing of the established volumes of coke oven gas were developed to remove hydrogen sulphide .
