The main group consisted of 45 pts, the control one-of 45 pts. The efficacy of Nimesulid LCH was proved in 90 % of cases comparabel to control group. No evidence of side-effects was noticed and tolerability of Nimesulid LCH revealed to be high. Tablets Nimesulid LCH by "Lekchim-Charkov" may be used in clinical practice.
