Method of research - the analysis cytogenetics parameters (quantity of cells with micronucleus, benucleus cells) in peripheral blood of heifers. The equipment: microscope МБІ-15. In conditions of the ecological control over animals it is not observed increases in quantity erythrocytes with micronucleus. Direct connection between reproductive function and quantity of cells with micronucleus is not revealed. The analysis cytogenetics preparations of animals with normal reproductive function has revealed - 0,5+0,2, and with broken - 0,6+0,1 % erythrocytes with micronucleus. Distinctions between parameters are insignificant. The animals generating in conditions strengthened radioactive of the control, are characterized by the increased level of quantity erythrocytes with micronucleus.
