Work was executed with the purpose of conducting of analysis after the use of objects of unoccupied fund and monitoring of implementation of decisions of Kievan advice in relation to the lease of apartments of district community property of territorial society of Kyiv including automations of works from the account of unoccupied fund, leaseholders and holders of balances of unoccupied apartments, contracts of tenancy, documents in relation to the change of status of objects of the real estate, areas and information of addresses, search of alienation of objects. The methodical and system technological providing of works was carried out from support in the actual state of informative fund of bank of these unoccupied apartments, making an annual inventory of objects of district community property of territorial society of Kyiv, providing of reflection of graphic appearances of superficial plans of apartments and pictures of objects of the real estate. Methodical and practical recommendations are developed in relation to the improvement of technology of conducting of analysis after the use of objects of unoccupied fund of community property of territorial society of Kyiv.
