Frequency of the complicated forms in all age periods in direct ratio depends on the period of hospitalization. According to the character of inflammatory process in children of early age local pneumonia prevailed, and in children of school agesource-drain pneumonia. The basic etiology factors in development of non-hospital pneumonias in children of early age were Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae, whereas in children of school age Pneumococcus, Haemophilus influenzae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae and in much smaller degree Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae.
