The Recommendations of Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS), requirements of European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS) on designing of Space Data Systems, ТM-information transferring formats of space and ground segments of space systems, basic services which should be in the Space Data Systems are analyzed. The possibility of using of the specification "XML Telemetric and Command Exchange" (XTCE) of Object Management Group, Inc. (OMG) for maintenance interoperability between space agencies in joint missions, tracking stations or ground data handling systems of various organizations and mission-specific components of a mission ground system are researched. On the base of modern middleware (CORBA, J2EE, .NET, SOA) analysis, the technology "Service-Oriented Architecture" is chosen for implementation of the distributed data processing system of the ТM-information of a ground segment of a Space Data System.
