PURPOSE - enhancement of diagnostic, treatment and preventive maintenance LE, psoriasis and CV. RESULTS - obtained have been established in the patients ill with: LE - the physical and chemical parameters of blood, the level of cytokines, the condition of the oxidant and antioxidant system; psoriasis - the assessment of individual sensitivity of patiets to various non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs; CV - microbiologic, hormonal and immunologic status. NOVELTY - Enhancement of diagnostic and treatment and prophylactic quality is present: effectivenes - in LE the clinical effect is 81.1%; in psoriasis: 91.2%; in CV - 96.5%.
