Gorky popup.description2 During investigation of 100 patients with hypertension and 222 patients with hypertension and concomitant osteoarthritis it has been determined that in some patients with low renal blood flow and low renal synthesis of nitric oxide renal vascular resistance are characterized by an increase efferent resistance. In this patients nephroprotective efficacy of Enalapril is insufficiant and administration of non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs for the patients with concomitant osteoarthritis increases blood pressure level. Correction of decreased endothelial nitric oxide synthesis with inhibition of renin-angiotensin and sympathetic nerves systems activity by the combined therapy with enalapril and nebivolol improves renal hemodynamics and eliminates microalbuminuria and in the patients with concomitant osteoarthritis prevents increase of blood pressure.
