Research methods - sanitary examination, instrumental, statistical ones. Safety of the method for waste treatment, including hazardous, at the Elga Ltd. pyrolysis installation for the environment and population health was scientifically rationalized. Determined sizes of sanitary-and-protective zones for a given enterprise by means of the calculation of maximum concentrations of limiting pollutants at their dissemination were confirmed.
