The purpose of the research - forming of theoretical approaches to enterprises management in risk conditions, innovative projects implementation aiming at road transport enterprises' competitiveness rising, and ensuring of their progress and development in external market conditions. Modern concept of project management is examined. Main aspects of effective model of project management organizational structure development are characterized. The analysis of experience in innovative projects planning and implementation on enterprises was conducted. Methodological basis of project organization with the use of modern information technologies on enterprises in market environment, including risks, was defined. Methodology of development of organizational structures management for enterprises, operating in external market conditions was suggested. Use of suggested foundations and methodology of innovative projects implementation allows increasing of enterprises management system efficiency and ensuring of their further viability.
