The observations of the solar eclipse on the March 29, 2006 were made. The indications of wave propagation in atmosphere of the Sun were revealed on the basis of the obtained data. It has been shown, that the variations of microwave radiation of the active region NOAA 0139 were connected with the heating of the upper atmosphere of the Sun by accelerated particles.
