Carbamazepin and valproic acid antiseizure effects were absent in these conditions that allows to speculate that antiepileptic mechanisms insufficiency - functional activity of the antiepileptic system as well as endogenous antiepileptic mechanisms activation - are responsible for the steady character of epileptogenesis and pharmacological "resistency" formation in rats in early postnatal period.
