The use of different doses of adriblastine showed that dose of 2 mg/kg is optimum for the design of the hypogonadal state at males of mice. The obtained data testify that adriblastine causes substantial changes in the morphofunctional state of sexual glands of males, that results in the decline of reproductive function. It is exposed at the same time, that introduction of adriblastine directs to the insignificant decline the masses of uterus and ovaries, and not influence substantially on the reproductive function of females of mice. Research of the state of endometrium of rats in the conditions of ovarioectomy results in the considerable decline of thickness of uterine wall and development of atrophy changes of endometrium.
