Complex study of nanostructural ordering in unmodified and radiation-modified ChVS samples on the atomic and void-species levels are carried out by means X-ray diffraction, positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, differential scanning calorymetry and magnetic susceptibility techniques.
