Karst. from natural popularion of Ukrainian Polesye was determined as a result of isozyme electroforetic analysis carried out in polyacrylamide gel. Forty six allele variants and forty eight genotypes were identified. Genetic structure is studied and values of main indices of genetic polymorphism of P. abies natural population from Ukrainian Polesye are determined. These indices have such values as P99 = 75%, Ho = 0, 171, He = 0, 148, Pg = 2,4, A = 2,3. Genotypic structure of P. abies from Polesye is close to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. One population from Ukrainian Polesye and two ones from Ukrainian Carpathians are characterised by low subdivision. Intrapopulation variability makes near 98% of genetic one and interpopulation variability, according to coefficient values FST and GST, makes only 2% of it. Nei’s genetic distance coefficient (DN) between Polesye population and Carpathians one makes0,004-0,005 which indicates similarity of their genetic structures. Heterogeneity of ecological-phytocoenotic growth conditions and geographical remotness do not testifies to apparent genetic differentiation of P. abies populations from Ukrainian Polesye and from Carpathians.
