Optimization and approbation methods of intra-arterial selective and superselective chemotherapy were performed in 25 patients with advanced head and neck cancer. Selective intra-arterial chemotherapy alone and in combination with radiotherapy produced complete and partial response in 95,5 % of patients with advanced head and neck cancer.
