The purpose - to improve results of treatment of the patients with nonresectable primary and metastatic neoplasms of a liver by development of the regimes of an intraarterial selective chemotherapy with the count of mechanisms of action of cytostatics and their influence on phases of the cell cycle. Methods of research and equipment - clinical, physical, chemical biochemical; the spectrophotometer "Specord", cytofluometer, biochemical analyzer. Use of developed drugs of the regimen (Doxorubicinum (50 mg/м2), Cisplatinum (60 mg/м2), Mitomycin C (10 mg/м2), 5-FU (800 mg/м2)) in patients in the absence of efficacy in previous treatment, has allowed in 90,6 % cases to achieve effect, from them in 46,8 %- regression of tumor, in 43.7 % - stabilization, the research was performed to determine the cells by phases of a mitotic cycle and changes in bone marrow in these patients, which was revealed in 38 % cases. The pharmacologic properties of poliplatillen in combination with 5-FU were evaluated, which showed maximal anti-tumor effect.. Field of application: surgery, oncology, chemotherapy.
