It is revealed that the method of immunization of animals determines the character of immune response on tumor antigens and TF properties. Intraperitoneal (i/p) immunization of animals with by cells of XT (unlike of its transplantation to spleen) promotes generation of cytotoxic лимфоцитов against allogenic tumor cells at all stages of formation of the immune response. TF samples received after transplantation of XT tissue to spleen, induce cytotoxicity of lymphocytes against cells of this tumor and proliferation in response to its antigens at single injection to intact animals of other kind unlike samples of TF, received on the basis of i/p immunization with these cells.
