Minimax prognosis root-mean-square estimations and errors of estimation are obtain under incomplete data. The asimptotical analysis of boundary-value problem for minimax estimations in the case of singularity of initial problem is carried out. The question of existence and uniqueness of solutions of the parameter assured estimation task is investigated for the algebra-differential systems. The task of optimal control by the innovations behaviour is formulated for the system of quasilinear parabolic equations. New approach is offered to the modeling of socio-economic processes. New algorithms for realization of ecologo-economical models are created and researched under conditions of transition to sustainable development.
