Satisfactory immediate clinical results of the treatment - pain ceased after first intra-arterial infusions of cytostatics, function of injured extremity essentially improved as well as improved general state of patient. On the basis of examination and treatment of 479 patients with malignancies of bones and soft tissues and skin melanoma satisfactory immediate results have been received: relapses and complications have been decreased. Life quality of the patients has been improved at the expense of organ-sparing surgical interventions and restoration of function of the extremity. Complex of diagnostic radiological examinations on use of ultrasonic Doppler images, computed tomography, which allow planning adequate volume of organ-sparing surgery and monitor the efficacy of the performed treatment. In the experimentson 60 rats a preparation with durable antiangiogenic action (polyuretan+inhibitor of cyclooxigenasy-2).
