The basic mean of receiving of primary empiric information were both expert questioning (877 experts were polled) and mass questioning (2023 persons were polled), which were conducted in all regions of Ukraine (24 regions and also ARE Crimea, Kiev city and Sevastopol). Conclusions of the conducted research are based on the results of Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, Correlations and Multiple Regression. All indexes are of statistical significance at the 0.05 level. Procedures of input of data, analysis of their quality, process of information, its visualization by plots and diagrams were carried out by means of The informative and expert-analytical system of decision support "LOGOS". The main aspects of consumer satisfaction and level of observance of rights for users are explored in Ukraine. The analysis of position of Ukraine is carried out in global competition space and expert estimation of competitive potential of domestic leading enterprises-exporters. Practical recommendations are given to the state organs of power in relation to strengthening of influence on factors, which determine competition of economy, defense of domestic commodity producer and user.
