Purpose: definition of features of formation of a demographic situation in the settlements to a zone guaranteed voluntary resettlement (a zone 3). Result: is determined, that the number of population of a zone 3 for 1991-2006 has decreased in 10 times, that is by result of the narrowed mode of reproduction of the population and organized resettlement of the inhabitants. The level of birth rate authentically decreased with annual rate 0,34 ‰. In comparison since 1991 the parameter of birth rate in 2005 has decreased on 25,0 % and has achieved size 8,7 ‰, that considerably below national (9,0 ‰) and regional meanings (Kiev oblast - 9,6 ‰, Zhitomir oblast - 9,3 ‰). Is established authentic (р < 0,05) increase parameter of the mortality for the appropriate period with annual by rates of growth 0,2-0,3 ‰ on Ukraine and oblasts, on a zone 3 rates of mortality statistically considerably exceeded similar parameters on Ukraine, Zhitomir and Kiev oblasts (t=8,7; t=5,6; t=6,02 accordingly at р < 0,05). Behind character of changes of demographic parameters territory of a zone guaranteed voluntary resettlement it is possible relate to the demographically depression regions.
