Aim: Evaluation of health changes in clean-up workers and adult evacuees in post-accident years (1988-2005) on the data of nontumor incidence and mortality, as well as risks for their development with radiation factor, age and sex considered. Methods: epidemiological, medical-and-statistical, risk-analysis. Results. Study analysis was done on the data of both Registries (SRU and CER). As a result, specific features of post-accidental dynamics of nontumor incidence, prevalence and mortality, significant increase of rates for the majority of the diseases as compared to 1988 were established in cohorts of evacuees and male clean-up workers of 1986-1987. Age-and-sex peculiarities of nontumor incidence were recorded. Within doserange beyond 1 Gy, reliably higher incidence rate with increased dose of external whole body radiation, significant radiation risks for diseases of circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, urogenital systems and sense organs were found. No significant radiation risks for elevated mortality in clean-up workers were revealed.
